Meet Dr Charlotte Woodward and Dr Victoria Manning… advanced aesthetics doctors, global trainers and co-founders of River Aesthetics – an award-winning and internationally renowned aesthetics clinic in Harley Street, London, Bournemouth and Lymington. Both former general practitioners, today their focus lies firmly within the advanced skincare industry where they have a wealth of clinical experience as well as a passion for researching and formulating professional-grade skincare products.
After years of extensive education, continued research and trialling an abundance of leading skincare brands, the pair noticed a gap in the market for efficacious formulas that truly delivered real results. And with this, Skin Bureaux was born…

It was a thorough and in-depth understanding of the skin ageing process which was the foundation of Skin Bureaux. Seeing patients at their clinic on a daily basis, they soon began to notice an underlying and recurrent pattern to many common skin concerns such as pigmentation, acne, wrinkles, dullness and other types of sensitivity like rosacea.
Dr Charlotte and Dr Victoria identified that this root cause was ‘inflammaging’ – skin inflammation that exhausts the skin’s natural defence system, weakens the skin structure and results in the deterioration of collagen and elastin.
